Summary0004025: ccmake always displays a cursor
DescriptionWhen you edit a string, path,... in ccmake by pressing [enter], no cursor is shown, hence it is not clear what one is editing. This also means that pressing 'enter' did not give any visual feedback which is very annoying.

Wait, it is the inverse. It _always_ displays the cursor. Which is equally terrible of course. I just want a clear feedback if I'm editting a text field or not.

On some terminals, the cursor is actually invisible. It is always displayed on top of a highlighted block of text, so, if you use a block cursor and it is the same color as the highlight (eg they're both white), you don't see anything.
