[CMake] Xcode generator results in a project file without optimization

Works for me:
xcodebuild -showBuildSettings -target mytest -configuration Release|grep
OPTIMI
    GCC_OPTIMIZATION_LEVEL = 3


Which version of Xcode do you use?
