[CMake] basic problems using Qt4

Didn't download the code, but from the error it looks like you're doing
include_directories("${QT_USE_FILE}") # Add the use file to the include 
path when compiling

when you should be doing
include("${QT_USE_FILE}") # include the cmake code in the file 
"${QT_USE_FILE}
