[CMake] CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY without the extra 'Debug' or 'Release' ?

Excuses, I enabled the wrong setting using 2.8.1
CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY seems to still add 'Debug' and 'Release' but
CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY_DEBUG and
CMAKE_RUNTIME_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY_RELEASE seems to work fine.
Thanks a lot,
Erwin
