[CMake] Patches with "your name" all over them?

Or set CMAKE_INCLUDE_CURRENT_DIR to TRUE, then CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR and
CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR are always added automatically to the include
directories.
