[CMake] how to compile vtkfltk

Hello,
i try to compile the library vtkfltk with cmake but i don't manage. in fact,
i have some fields that i don't know what to put
in(fltk_include_directory,fltk_images_library,fltk_GL_library,fltk_forms_library,fltk_base_library...).
 please could you help me with a tuto or else where i can get the incomplete
fields.
