[CMake] Does Cmake has plan to support Borland C++ builder 6?

It already "supports" it by generating Borland Makefiles. If you would like
to submit a patch that adds a Borland C++ Builder project file cmake
generator, feel free to submit a feature request with an attached patch to
the issue tracker at http://public.kitware.com/Bug
Other than somebody from the community developing a patch to the CMake code
base and submitting it, there are no plans to implement such a generator in
the near future.
