[CMake] Variable naming when writing FindXXX.cmake files

I carefully wrote "all early modules", since some of the later ones (Boost) do 
it differently. But they are the minority and summer last year the conclusion 
was to go with all-uppercase.
I hope this is still the valid opinion ?
