[CMake] FOSDEM Talk on CMake is available

Hello List,

Even if the cmake video cast of the talk given by Bill at fosdem 2008 not 
shown to be available here

The slides seem not to be available yet.  For those who don't know CMake and 
want to get an introduction by watching this video, I recommend waiting until 
the slides are online too.  None of them is shown at the video.
