[CMake] [CPack.cmake] take into account CPACK_PACKAGE_VERSION_xxxxxxxxx only once

Committed, but I kept the CPACK_SYSTEM_NAME.
If you want something completely custom, setting CPACK_PACKAGE_FILE_NAME 
directly should work.
