It's possible to create a new set of flags through CMAKE_BUILD_YTPE
SET(CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE Profile)
SET(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_PROFILE ...)
SET(CMAKE_C_FLAGS_PROFILE ...)
