[CMake] IA64 HP-UX build failure

The compile works for me, but I use a newer version of the compiler
and HP-UX 11.23. My setting is
CFLAGS="+O2 -g +DD64 +DSitanium2 -mt -AC99 -DPTHREAD_COMPAT_MODE"
CXXFLAGS="+O2 -g +DD64 +DSitanium2 -mt -Aa -DPTHREAD_COMPAT_MODE"
CC=cc
CXX=aCC
Compiler is
% cc -V
cc: HP aC++/ANSI C B3910B A.06.01 [Jan 05 2005]
