[CMake] Iconv and Gettext modules?

Hi,

does anyone has a FindIconv.cmake around? I am kind of confused about how to 
handle the optional cross-dependency on libintl (gettext): libintl can use 
libiconv and the other way round. Additionally, on linux, both are included 
in libc.
