[CMake] Cmake configuration types and install targets

IF(CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES)
   SET(CMAKE_CONFIGURATION_TYPES Debug Release)

SET(CMAKE_DEBUG_POSTFIX _some_postfix)

will build the debug libraries with a different name.
