[Cmake] install target in Nmake Makefiles

HMMM....   I guess install is not really supported on windows.   I should remove
the install stuff for nmake.  It would require a unix shell and a bunch of other stuff
not standard on windows.   Also, the idea of an install target is a bit foreign for
windows.
