[Cmake] SHELL variable for Makefiles

How to change value of SHELL variable in generated Makefiles?

I would like to use bash rather then /bin/sh. I tried to add
SHELL:FILEPATH to  CMakeCache.txt. I can see it when running ccmake, but
its value is not propagated to generated Makefiles. Should it be done some
other way?
