Summary:                    CMake 3.4.3 installer bug
Description: 
CMake 3.4.3 does not prompt to uninstall an already installed version and
instead overwrites.

Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Install CMake version<3.4.3
2. Install CMake 3.4.3

Additional Information: 
Start Menu displays entry both the versions but only 3.4.3 works
Solution: (Prompt for) Uninstall of a previously installed version of CMake.
