Summary:                    FindLAPACK does not export LAPACK_INCLUDE_DIR
Description: 
The FindLAPACK module does not export a LAPACK_INCLUDE_DIR variable, which makes
it necessary for most projects to ship their own version of FindLAPACK.

Steps to Reproduce: 
Install LAPACK in a custom location. Try to use FindLAPACK.
