[cmake-developers] pause on new topics please

Hi Folks,

The dashboard has been a mess for a few days so no topics can be merged
to master right now.  Also I need to add a new topic that makes sweeping
changes to the Tests/CMakeLists.txt file and is therefore likely to cause
conflicts with other topics.  After it is done then new topics will need
to be rebased on it.

So, until further notice please do not add any new topics to 'next'.
Extensions to existing topics to fix dashboard errors are of course
welcome.
