Summary:                    Preserve timestamp in CMake's copy command
Description: 
When executing cmake -E copy, the time stamp of the source file is not
preserved. It would be convenient to add a flag to allow preserving this
timestamp. I suggest -p which is the flag used by the Unix cp command.
