[cmake-developers] Test fails with Xcode

In an unrelated situation, the CompileOptions test fails for the Xcode 
continuous dashboard after merging compiler-version-genex, which sets a 
command line define containing a string.

The unit test seems to be exposing a bug in the Xcode generator or in the 
handling of the COMPILE_OPTIONS target property. Any idea what could be 
going on?
