The RunCMake.ExternalProject test failed almost everywhere last
night and still fails on every continuous.  Please take a look.

By merging changes to 'next' you take responsibility for monitoring
the dashboard and following up on failures.  Failures that linger
more than a few hours on the continuous or more than one night
on the nightlies may obscure other errors as other developers
make changes.
