[cmake-developers] Backlog bugs

Set their status to new/reopened (if you are able to do this). Otherwise just 
add a proper comment on them so anyone else will do. If nothing helps either 
show up in #cmake in IRC or mail here to get someones attention.

This is just a misunderstanding of what happened. The bugs were moved to a 
state where it is clear to everyone "noone is currently looking at this". This 
is no difference to the state the bug was in before, it is just properly tagged 
this way now.
