Summary:                    Annoying dialog box repeatedly displayed while
configure step
Description: 
While configuring ITK nightly, Cmake displays a dialog box 

cmTryCompileExec.exe - System Error

The program Can't start because libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll is missing from your
computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

The configuration continues, and build runs okay, but fails due to compiler
error while wrapping.
