Reminder for contributors:

Just one more reminder: CMake 2.8.7-rc1 is scheduled for next
Wednesday, Dec. 7th. Please get topics finished up and merged to
'next' before 01:00:00 UTC next Tuesday morning. (That's Monday night
at 8 pm here on the East coast of the US.)
