I can look into modifying the roadmap page, but I'm new to the Mantis
manager role and don't have a lot of time to spend on it immediately.

In the meantime, you can do a filter query and ask for "Target Version:"
equal to "CMake 2.8.3"...

That will give you a list of the bugs that appear on the roadmap. Then you
can further filter that by asking for bugs that you've reported.
