Summary | 0009138: Project names with chars that must be escaped generate incorrect URLs
Description | I created a project named "Qpid C++" - the links generated in cdash user.php (for example) were done as ".../index.php?project=Qpid C++" which did not lead to that project's page. It should be escaped to be ".../index.php?project=Qpid%20C%25%25" I was subsequently informed that I should name my cmake project, cdash project the same, so I recreated my cdash project with a different name, but this may arise again. It's probably a good idea to encode all url-type strings.
