Summary | 0006492: There are no options to define "broken"
Description | (At least for the VXL project), there are no options to define broken. For example, perhaps failing tests are not worthy of an email, and perhaps warnings are acceptable, but build errors are not. It would be good to define different options, as subscription options or project level options, that specify exactly what type of error is worthy of an email. (I've marked this as a bug instead of a feature because I think without this, the emails become almost useless.)
