Summary0015982: CPACK_CREATE_DESKTOP_LINKS not working when CPACK_NSIS_MODIFY_PATH is disabled
DescriptionWhen setting both CPACK_CREATE_DESKTOP_LINKS and CPACK_NSIS_MODIFY_PATH, the generated NSIS installer asks the user in the same screen if he wants to create a desktop Icon, and if he wants to add the executable to the system path.

When only CPACK_CREATE_DESKTOP_LINKS is set, this screen is missing from the installer, and it is not possible for the user to create a desktop link.
