0015967: CMAKE_AUTOMOC + OBJECT library in a subdirectory -> Failing ninja builds

Description

Projects using this combination of features fail to build with:
"
Assembler messages:
Fatal error: can't create lib/CMakeFiles/*****.dir: Is a directory
"

the same project works perfectly when a Makefile is generated.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Unpack the provided minimal project:
2. run `mkdir bld; cd bld; cmake -G "Ninja" ..; ninja`
