DescriptionThe documentation for include_external_msproject should state which project types that are supported.

It appears .vcxproj project is supported but .csproj is not supported.

 Since CMake 3.0 the command does support several project types. See 0014661:0034839. It appears that change did not update the documentation accordingly.
