Summary | 0015874: Add command line flag to force ctest to exit with non-zero code when no tests are run
Description | If there is an error with how tests are configured, and ctest is run, it just outputs "No tests were found" and exits with code 0. For scripts that depend on ctest exit code reflecting whether tests succeeded or not, this fails. A flag should be set that forces a non-zero exit code when no tests are run. Otherwise the only way to handle this is to parse "No tests were found" but that is a hack and is not always possible.
