| Description | I met this issue when trying CMake official tutorial(www.cmake.org/cmake/help/cmake_tutorial.html) step 6, instead of using the provided source code directly I slightly modified it to contain some Traditional Chinese strings and filenames. As my environmnet is indeed UTF-8 (zh_TW.UTF8), I expected this kind of error won't happen. | ||||||||

In order to workaround this issue I need to: 1. change top-level CMakeLists.txt:2 to "project (\"something pure ASCII\")" 2. replace all "教學程式" in top-level CMakeLists.txt to "Tutorial" |

There has been some work to support international characters but currently CMake does not support them. |

Adding a setlocale() in main() will fix this on Linux. |
