Summary | 0014042: Preserve timestamp in CMake's copy command
Description | When executing cmake -E copy, the time stamp of the source file is not preserved. It would be convenient to add a flag to allow preserving this timestamp. I suggest -p which is the flag used by the Unix cp command.
