DescriptionUnfourtunately the build of CMake/CTest currently delivered with CMake installers isn't able to submit to CDash over HTTPS. The reason seams to be a limitation of the used binary of libCURL. The error message says:

Error message was: libcurl was built with SSL disabled, https: not supported!
Steps To Reproduce1.) Download CDash test project from: http://www.cdash.org/download/CDashTest.zip [^]
2.) Configure
3.) Try to build target Experimental

There are export control issues with doing this. However, we are looking into it. Right now, you have to build ctest from source if you want https.
