[CMake] Unable to build cmoka project using cmake

Hi Rajesh, so you're saying it works with 3.8.2 but not with 3.9.x?  Can
you try with the recent release candidate, 3.9.0-RC5?  It would be helpful
to know the output from what you see on the version that works vs the one
that doesn't since it sounds like a possible regression.
