[CMake] CUDA sample using CMake 3.9

Hi!

Can anyone point to a minimalistic sample of how a CUDA application is built using the new CMake 3.9 support for CUDA compilation? I am mostly interested in promoting similar syntax of building SYCL applications that share a very similar compilation model, as far as ComputeCpp is concerned.
