[CMake] FindMPI

Pass the following CMake options at configure time:
-DMPI_C_COMPILER=/path/to/mpicc
-DMPI_CXX_COMPILER=/path/to/mpiCC
-DMPI_Fortran_COMPILER=/path/to/mpif90
