[CMake] Compiling CMake without libuv?

There is also the CMAKE_USE_LIBUV option that can be set to OFF.
One can pass it to the bootstrap script via

  ../cmake/bootstrap ... -- -DCMAKE_USE_LIBUV=OFF

Correct, though that is a major new feature that would typically be
expected to exist in distro-packaged builds.  IDEs may soon look
for it.
