[CMake] Cmake 3.5.0 and Fortran submodule cannot be built

Subject: Cmake 3.5.0 and Fortran submodule cannot be built

I was trying to build a Fortran project using Cmake-3.5.0. The project was written with the fortran 08 submodule. The error I got is

Error copying Fortran module "mod/function". Tried "mod/FUNCTION.mod" and "mod/function.mod".

Does recent cmake support Fortran submodule?
