[CMake] CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS don't work in CMakeLists.txt

Hi,

Thank you David. Which version of cmake and operational system are you
using?
In my CMakeLists.txt file, I tried to set

set(CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS 1)

and

set(CMAKE_EXPORT_COMPILE_COMMANDS ON)

without success, unfortunately.
