[CMake] Unexpected warnings with 3.2.0-rc2

Using version 3.2.0-rc2 on the Mac OS X 10.10 I get tons of warnings like this:

CMake Warning (dev) at cmake/modules/RootConfiguration.cmake:485 (configure_file):
  configure_file called with unknown argument(s):

   NEWLINE_STYLE
   UNIX


According to the documentation, nothing has changed http://www.cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.2/command/configure_file.html
Is there a logical explanation?
