[CMake] Creating an installer using cpack

symbolic links once, and that's for Install( TARGET ... ) " Either
NAMELINK_ONLY or NAMELINK_SKIP may be specified as a LIBRARY option. On
some platforms a versioned shared library has a symbolic link such as:"
