[CMake] CMake generates “-L/usr/local/lib” on Mac OSX

I confirmed there's nothing in $LD_LIBRARY_PATH  in both the environment where the build succeeds and where it fails. 
I will gladly try other suggestions.

 In the shell, do:
 
 echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
 
 and check the directories.  I am not sure cmake pays attention to it, but I believe it might.
