[CMake] ExternalProject git clone hangs on windows

Try clone git project using url from ExternalPoject_add.
Possible git will request something interactively - like add ssh key of
remote host or request password.
If so, this was a reason for hang.

As solution - add host keys permanently or change url to https/local clone
scheme.
If password used on ssh key - remove it if possible.
