[CMake] CMake Tools for Visual Studio 1.3 Released!

I'm pleased to announced that I've announced version 1.3 of CMake Tools for
Visual Studio, my extension adding CMake support to Microsoft Visual Studio.
This release adds support for CMake 3.1 and IntelliSense for generator
expressions.  It can be downloaded from the project web site at
http://cmaketools.codeplex.com.  Enjoy!
