[CMake] CTest Custom warning exception in CTestCustom.cmake.in

Does your dashboard script call ctest_read_custom_files after ctest_configure?

You should do that, as the CMake and VTK (and other) dashboards do:

Looks like the regular expressions are correct... but if you're not
calling ctest_read_custom_files, the CTestCustom file will have no
effect.
