[CMake] Having a real hardtime installing CMake on a Linux cluster machine

With bash:
CFLAGS="-IXXX" CXXFLAGS="-IXXX" LDFLAGS="-LXXX" ./configure ...
This should indicate to configure that headers and libraries are found in
the locations you specify.
