[CMake] In-process COM server with type library - canonical example?

Hi

Is there a canonical example of using CMake to drive IDL compilation, 
and resource compiling and the conversion to object, for an in-process 
COM server?

Ideally, I'd like to be able to use the free equivalents and gcc as an 
alternative and switch between them (as well as the Windows SDK tools).

And I guess really ideal would be to be able to target Windows from a 
Linux build, though that is not a necessity by any means.
