[CMake] find_packege(MPI) for minWG-w64 cross-compile setup how to?

I am struggling with the find_package(MPI) cmake feature for a minWG-w64 cross-compile project on Linux host and Windows target. Could you please help me for the TOOLCHAIN_FILE setup, please.
